Pico do Boné Coffee originates in the mountains of Araponga, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

In a privileged high-altitude region surrounding the Serra do Brigadeiro State Park, more than 1200 meters above sea level, our crops are influenced by a unique terroir, where the mountain climate, living soils, and proximity to native forest create ideal conditions for highly complex coffees. Each batch of coffee is born from careful observation of nature, selective harvesting, and respect for the rhythm of each harvest. Driven by curiosity and a passion for revealing new sensory profiles, I am always exploring different post-harvest processes—especially controlled fermentations—seeking to highlight the unique nuances that each batch can express. This continuous work of experimentation, combined with the mountain terroir, gives rise to unique coffees, where each microlot reveals its own identity. The result is coffees that translate, in every cup, the essence of this territory and the living history of those who cultivate this land. High-altitude coffees that reveal the terroir of Serra do Brigadeiro.
