At 1380 meters altitude, in Lavoura do Cruzeiro, there is a point where the view stretches far.
From there, the landscape opens up to the mountains and reveals a privileged view of Pico do Boné,
as if we were just a few steps from its summit.
This coffee is grown and harvested by my uncle Didi's family, in an environment surrounded by native forest and the vibrant sounds of nature: the call of the bellbird, the echo of the cicadas, and the constant movement of the wind among the trees.
Produced using the Natural Cherry process, this coffee matures slowly, preserving the sweetness and intensity of the fruit.
The name Liberdade (Freedom) comes from this open landscape, where the horizon seems limitless.
More than a coffee, it's an invitation to take a deep breath and experience, in the cup, the sensation of being among mountains.
