At 1380 meters altitude, nestled between mountains and native forest, Prosperidade coffee is born.
This machine was acquired by us — Kátia and João — with a purpose that goes beyond production:
to regenerate the soil, recover the vitality of the land, and transform this space into a place of experimentation and care for nature. Here, each harvest is also a learning experience.
From this plot emerged two interpretations of this coffee:
Red Honey — pulped and slowly dried on a covered raised drying bed, preserving the natural sweetness of the fruit.
F4 — Prolonged fermentation of 360 hours, revealing intense and complex aromatic layers.
Prosperity, for us, doesn't just mean abundance.
It means cultivating life, balance, and the future.
Each cup of this coffee carries the beginning of a new story between the land, time, and those who believe in the transformation of the soil.
